Is this normal? Just installed Stoptech slotted/drilled rotors

Just installed Stoptech slotted/drilled rotors Just installed Stoptech rotors and Stoptech street performance pads, after driving around for a couple of days I notice this streak on one of the rotors, the rest don't have the streak.
