Unfortunately, the picture doesn't do justice to this monstrosity I saw today in Willhoughby (after picking my GP thunders up from the post office ). A Porsche Cayenne with 19" or 20" wheels and low profile tyres! It looked like a covered wagon from wild west days .... all spokes and no rubber.

I also saw an E92 M3 in Melbourne Red (CF roof) on River Road, Wollstonecraft this evening while I was out burning the clutch on my MG. Can't say I was overwhelmed; not that keen on Silverstone II either ... BMW could have done better with their exclusive M3 colours, me thinks.

theres also a new X5 around that area, with the top of the line X5 rims painted black! that looks borderline tank too!

They're 21"s.
$50 says it's just another wannabe Gemballa though, rather than the real deal.

Reminds me of a guy at autosalon who kept stalking past my car saying loudly things like "next year I will be back with 22's"... omg

Wait, wasn't it you who said they were 19's?

^ yup, and I'll stick to my estimate ... although I'd err in favour of 20". They really didn't fill up the wheel arches.

Hmmm, saw a Jet Black E92 M3 this morning on Willhoughby Road ... looked mean but must be a bugger to keep looking clean.

This evening saw my first Fiat 500 on the road, red with off center stripes down the bonnet. It was on Pacific Highway Artarmon. A few minutes later pulled up next to a Renault Megane Renaultsport F1 Team R26 (think I got all the name there!) in obligatory Victory Yellow.

My uncle got his new Fiat 500 about a month ago to add to his collection. He's got an Abarth version on order as well. I think at $32K they are a little over priced for what they are but obviously some people don't think so.

I spotted some forum articles and press about an E9x series of the 335tii being released with 355bhp sometime in 2009.
As an interesting aside there was some discussion regarding the N54 engine, that there was issues with cylinders 5 & 6 running hotter than they should which may result in potential engine failures for the current 335i N54's, as with all such issues BMW are apparently monitoring this with regard to potential warranty issues and alike. This issue was identified as something that BMW needed to overcome for the upgraded engines for the 335tii.

Yep, a guy on one of the forums has had his entire head replaced by BMW. Reinforces the fact sometime buying first year run BMW's isn't the best idea sometimes.

See that stunning Porsche bearly everyday What is with that little car kabana you got there Simon? Hehehe

Spotted the orange Gallardo parked outside Dee Bee's Cafe in Double Bay last night, also a grey Murcielago driving past there. There was a Phoenix yellow M3 parked outside the Cafe, and a bunch of sissy's arguing that it was green, and it was silver... LOL, yellow people, yellow!
