How do you get at the bottom torx bolt below e92 headlight?
I can see the bolt and was able to get out the other two which are facing the outside edge of the bumper. The bottom one is facing the radiator and front of engine. How the eff do you get it out?
I need to replace my assembly.

I took the headlight out of my E92 320d few days ago, it is tough!!
What you need to do is to remove the inside shield of one the tyre on which you are working, it will provide you better access from the back and bottom of the headlight, and you will be able to reach the bottom bolt.....I basically removed the back torx bolt lying in front (& under the car) you can also jack up the car little bit for ease, by doing this, there will be an angle from the bottom where you can access it!!......you need to remove all the bolt (4 in total) before accessing the last one at the bottom.... |
