Quick question about procede v5 vin lock
If you have never installed procede v5 on your car and then you wanna sell it, will it be vin locked? I thinking of buying one but neither I nor the seller are sure if its vin locked..
Thanks |

If the Procede has never been installed on a car before that it will not be VIN locked.
Is the seller the original buyer? |

If he is the Original Buyer and he has never installed it than, it should not be VIN locked unless he is lying. If you do get it and it is VIN locked it simply will just not work.
If you don't trust seller just have transcript of him saying it's not locked, you should send Paypal for goods option, NOT as a gift. If he lies than Paypal should in theory cover you. |
