if you get a chance to, try to take pics for a DIY write up... I'm sure others will love to see this and possibly make the swap themselves.

No, did not get them yet - sorry. I am so ready to but I need to hold on it for at least three more weeks (from today), unless I can get them for a great deal. I am so close to finishing my car! Seats, wheels, shocks and I am done!

I will post a DIY as soon as I have them.

Wow, you're in luck. I hope you didn't jump on those seats yet. I have an '08 purchased in July with 9k miles with black leather, Sport Package and heated seats. I'm considering switching interiors. PM me and let's see if we can make something happen.

Hey all, the drivers side seat arrived. Should be putting it in this weekend. I'll take pics for a DIY, although I am still unsure if the harnesses are the same.

Harnesses are different; you'll need a good auto electrician to find a live feed foe the side bolsters.

Good luck!

Yup. I put the seat in using the existing harness and I don't have power to the side bolster, lumbar and no heat

Luckily, they cut out the ZSP harness directly from the car for me so I do have the correct harness, now comes the question of wiring.

Can anyone identify the following wires from the zsp harness:

Brown (looks to be a 10 gauge wire?)
Brown (same gauge and yes, there are two)
Red (10 gauge)
Yellow/ Red intertwined double wire 16 gauge
Yellow/Bown intertwined double wire 16 gauge
Green/orange intertwined double wire 16 gauge
Super Small single black/red wire
Super small single blue/white wire
Super small single brown/black wire

A wiring schematic showing both zsp and non zsp wiring would be great, then I could wire it up.

The other interesting thing will be to see is if the guy who sold the seat thought it was heated and it was not... then we will see how to retrofit heated seats to non heated seats

retrofitting a non heated seat into a heated seat requires new seat leathers... not very cost effective...
