You're seeing that on your gauge which is mounted in the intake manifold. I'm talking about the boost reading on your procede software which reads off the tmap in the intercooler pipe (no vacuum).

Yep my 4.09 was starting in 3rd just before 60mph and punching it

does this mean you are making the procede aware of which mode the transmission is in? ie - D, DS, or M? and making mapping changes accordingly?

Been there. Done that already That's one reason v4 takes on different personalities in different drive modes.

No kidding! It makes me want to leave early just so that I can update/drive the car! I always have the window minimized and I think I have just about worn out my F5 button (refresh)!

Can't wait to do some data logs tonight!

So V4 comes with the auto-tune feature that we've been wishing for?

Expect full compatibility with Rixsters gauge once we finalize all the user adjustable settings.
Including Meth flow indicator? That would be nice.

Took a test drive on stage 3, very nice! Going to ice and snow later tonight, so no driving the 335 for a couple of days.

Power is there but drivability is still first priority. Still haven't dyno tested any of these maps. Nor have they been tested at the strip (or even thoroughly on a nice stretch of road (due to weather). So power hasn't been optimized at this point. It's supposed to stop raining for a day (this sat) before starting up again on sun/monday. So hopefully I can properly test these suckers. Fingers crossed...

Is it safe to drop ignition correction on my stock car, v4~Stage 1, when running Sunoco 100 octane?
And what about when running on Shell or Sunoco 93? I notice people are running 91 at 100%.

Funny you mention it... some of the early beta testers like some aspects of previous non-publicly released beta maps better. And I think I see what they mean after comparing them tonight. So expect more maps this weekend because it looks like the roads will be dry for real testing on Saturday!

Must have have a low pressure front come through. The nominal offset at 1000' is about 0.5 PSI; 0.536 to be exact. But obviously this varies with weather.

I was looking at this last night and mine was at -0.8 PSI at 1200' elevation. But a storm front was/is passing through.

With the last mas, I slowed down the response of boost control system when going from partial load to full load. I based this decision on my personal driving experience with my car. However, my judgment was a bit off because of all the rain we've been getting here in Norcal this past week Tomorrow is supposed to be dry which means I can redo some things and get things like boost response and partial throttle torque just right. Very soon, all this stuff will be user tunable but we want the baseline maps to satisfy 90% of the needs for 90% of the people so that user adjustments are never necessary. Just a nice icing on the case for those 10% who want to dial the last 10% in to their liking. So far, with the last maps, I've only attempted to satisfied those who drive stg 3 car in raining to flash flood conditions
