do rear wheels need aligment?

hello, there I've been told that both front and rear wheels need both balancing and alignment. is this true?

haha i knew it, cause you know how hot girls are allowed to be dingy. I was like how can he ask such a question??? something just isnt adding up. So i figured hey what the heck...he might be hot so hes allowed to ask this lolol.

The alignment has to do with the suspension. Balancing only deals with the wheels and tires. What was the situation that they recommended balancing and alignment? Do you have vibrations when you drive? Do you have uneven tire wear?

my car pulls to the right, the steering wheels vibrates and yes one tire the rear passenger wore out to the steel and only that one.
