Do you think the dealer will consider this bad rattle

That's pretty bad. Sounds like mine. They did mine, of course they just adjusted it and was out of my pocket, now 3 months later is just as loud as before. But I'm in Canada. Different story. That's definitely noticeable and they SHOULD replace it being there is the bulletin in the US.
