DIY - Coding 'Corner Delete' on my 2008 335i
I setup a Coding laptop using Phil Harlow's excellent Tutorial here. A very useful list of common coding mods is here.
I had never seen corner delete before i coded it, so i thought i would write up the information i used and include a couple of pictures. My car with daytime running lights on - notice the yellow lights on the outside of each headlight - these are the corners that we want to get rid of. The Coding Follow Junior's tutorial for enabling the Digital Speedometer in the cluster. But instead of manipulating the CAS module, choose the NFRM module. In the NFRM module, set the SIDEMARKER_US value to nicht_aktiv. After processing the module, turn on your headlights and see if it stuck! Much nicer without the orange And a close-up EDIT: I finally had time to install a set of Burger MotorSport HID LED Angel Eyes. Looks really good with the AE daytime running lights and corner delete. Happy coding!!

if you want to use software only check your regional forum to see. most locations have a few people who can help out. If that doesn't work out some vendors offer remote coding - they mail you a cable and then can connect to your car by sharing your laptop

does this mod also remove the side marker lights even when the main xenons are on (such as at night), or does it only apply to DRL mode?

^^ just to add to what was said above, if the turn signals are off when the acutal headlights are on at night..does the bulb still blink when you use the turn signal? Or is it just off the whole time?

Yes - there are two mods going on here. Mod #1 disables the amber corner lights. these are disabled in all lighting modes (auto, off, drl). This car has it's daytime running lights changed from the high beam bulbs to the Angel Eyes.

Yes, when the 'corner delete' mod is enabled, the bulbs still blink when the turn signal is used

Hi guys, I have the D-Can cable for programing. Can anyone do the coding this for me? Or if there is someone in the miami area that does this? I would like to do this mod, plus the flashing turn signals when the car is parked and I'm locking/unlocking my car. Sorry I'm a newbie at this? I currently own a 2009 BMW 335i (e92). Much appreciated!
