Front door "eating" Rear Door

Ok I know the title sounds ridiculous but I do not know how to phrase the issue another way.

My Drivers door edge is eating into the paint of the back door that it closes onto.

But its not only the drivers side but also the passenger side.

I put touch up paint on each spot every month to keep it from rusting, but the front door strips that away too.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is this something the dealer should fix? Could this be the source of the creaking my car experiences when pulling into driveways of unequal planes (a problem attributed by the dealer to my aftermarket window tint (which btw....does that really cause rattles cause I think that is BS)) Any help, suggestions, comments appreciated...

Here is a pic to illustrate:

1st pic: Drivers Side Rear door
2nd pic: Pass. Side Rear door
3rd. pic: Same but zoomed out to show where it is in relation to door
4th pic. Pass. Side Front door where the door meets the rear door (blurry sorry but as clear as I could get it)

Nope, never been damaged or fixed. Car is stock (minus window tint) and well taken care of

I went to the dealer and they said that this is not a BMW problem because the car had been repaired. I bought the car 2 years ago CPO and was told that it has never been in an accident and the Carfax confirmed it. I haven't had any work done to it since I have owned it.

So what is likely is that BMW sold me a CPO car that had been in an accident. But they will still not take responsibility. I don't know what to do.

if you believe it is carfax confirmed that its never been in a wreck then buy the carfax for your car and bring it to them and show them that it hasn't been wrecked. If you have proof then they should have to fix it. if they don't cover it tho, Its really not to hard to line the doors up, if I were closer I'd help you.

Say WHAT????

Why should BMW care about what was, or wasn't, reported to CARFAX?

IF your car was indeed wrecked, improperly repaired and then CPO'd, then your claim is with the selling dealer and/or BMWNA.

If the car was sold to him and they told him it was never wrecked and then he has a door alignment problem and he brings it back and they tell him it is wrecked now they should have to cover that for lying in the first place. And if the car indeed was not wrecked and possesses a clear carfax and the car was sold to him that way then so be it, he has to have it fixed. The point I am getting at is if they lied to him then they should have to cover that b/c it should have been fixed before the car was sold as a CPO.

CARFAX has nothing to do with it. If the dealership failed to disclose the earlier wreck then they should be held responsible.
