Yes. The MF on the Vert is much higher than the coupe which is higher than the sedan. You can go to bimmerfest and lookup the current residuals and MF's...if I remember the residual was a little lower on the vert as well (but don't take my word for it).

It's higher b/c there is high demand for the car and BMW doesn't need to entice people with better rates. Think of it as a "popularity tax." As demand wanes watch the lease rate fall too.
