Parked by the meat packing district last night for a work event around 7pm, came out at 11 and the car was gone. The city didn't tow it so it's now officially been stolen. It's a black 335i convertible with the m sport package. Had 400 miles on it .

Sorry to say. Car is Already on a container to Europe. My friends 650 convertible was stolen last summer without a trace. Never found.

cousins CLS63 went like that too. got found in europe when its trans misshift was trying to get warrantied.

They have ways to start car with key fob that coded to make it start. Takes less than 5 minutes to start car. Start it and take it straight to port. Exactly like Fast N Furious. Sick as it may seem but there is something corrupt at the piers. Customs agent getting paid made money to overlook it

Nothing to do except wait for insurance to pay. Sad part is you will be without a car for a couple of weeks but also not have a car of your choice for about 2-3 month

sorry to hear bro! I was told BMW places a tracking device in the vehicle and can be located. not sure exactly how it works.
