My lease is coming up due here in two months. Need to get a few things going for when the car is gone. If you are interested in taking the parts now, I will ship them to you immediately. They all need to go to a good home/car

Yes. Mine is an LCI, and Ive been able to use my iPhone 4 and my wifes iPhone 4S.

If I buy the adapter does it mean I will not longer have to use any wire to connect iphone to listen to music and all

As long as you have the base in your car from the factory, yes.

How do I know if I have the base, I have a 2006 330i E90 Sport.

Instead of open space in your center console, there is a base for this adapter. In the 2006 all it would do is charge the phone, connect it for music, and boost your antenna. In 2011 it will connect it for BMW apps and movies.
