For all the compliments, thanks guys! I think chrome offsets this car so much better than the matte silver tips that come with the car. It should have come this way and for $99 why not just correct the mistake.

Did you cut out the flap exhaust valve prior to welding on these tips and if you didn't was there any room left to install the tips further in and flush with the bumper bar ??

Cyba did quite well here. Just cut your exhaust tip right behind where the matte tip ends and the piping begins. From there Cyba gave enough inlet room for you to decide how far you want it to stick out. I cut off about 1" or so from the inlet and set it so the inside of the exhaust tip was about 1/4" pushed out from the bumper.

is there any welding involved?
how are the tips attached after you cut of the stock tips?

they look great!

There is cutting and welding involved. You have a shop cut off the old tips and weld on the new ones. $60-$100 depending on the shop.
