335is is still using N54

I was looking at the pricing guide for the 2013 E92 models, and I noticed the "335is" model is still using the N54 engine.

I was thinking this in fact is the prove that N54 is better for tuning and adding some easy horses to the powerplant.

Any thoughts?

Correct.

But once the tuners crack the n55 we might be in business. I'm thinking the single turbo upgrades for the n54 will cary over nicely to the n55 platform eventually.

Correct, but don't you think the single turbo has less potential for providing more boost?

Well I believe the n54 making the most HP would be Vishnu's n54 single turbo project, so not really.
