Straight pipes cause missfe?

Hey guys jus was wondering if straight pipes can cause missfirees or not (secondary cat, resonator, muffler)

If it means you are running more boost than usual (thank to the de-restriction) then in theory yes. However it's just a case of the higher boost exposing a weak component like a bad plug, coil or injector.
