2009 328i Vert M-Sport-loaded-CPO-45k-miles *SOLD*
I am getting out of my Vert into a 4 door. I need the space. The kids keep growing and are getting squished in the back seat every other weekend. Sigh..... I've only had this since last June, I spent 6 months searching for the right combinations of color, options and millage. If your looking for used 328 vert this is the one you want. 2009 Titanium Silver over Red leather. M-Sport, Nav, Cold weather, Comfort, paddle shifters, garage kept, hand washed always. Factory warranty until Sept/10-50K miles and CPO until Sept/10-2015-100K miles. 2k AG wheel package, wheels are curb free, and I also have a 1k wheel warranty that I confirmed is transferable. I also have a set of snows, with an extra spare wheel. Also including the xferable wheel and tire warranty I paid 1k for. Its good for another 2 years. I got the car as a one owner off lease, with 28k miles on it, it now has 45k, all highway miles as I go back and forth between Wilmington and Philly. There have been 0 issues with this car. I am bringing it in for an oil change next week and will have it thoroughly checked out. NEW Final Price Drop. 28,000 This is priced to sell way below retail. At this price you will need to come with me to the dealer to do a courtesy trade. This will get you the title quicker as they will expedite all the paperwork necessary. FYI, I listed my 2011 335is, loaded for $38k, CPO, 23k miles, DCT, beauty, and it did not go. Traded it in for 35k, saved $2500 on taxes on my new (downsized) GTI. Btw, add 300, NOT 2000, for the wheels, or sell them separately. So, your price is quite high. GLWS |

You guys are tough. So when you listed your car, did you start out at the rock bottom price you were willing to take? Does that make sense considering everybody wants a deal, and will always offer you less no matter what you try and ask for it. I've been buying and selling cars all my life, I know how the game works. A car is worth what somebody is willing to pay at the time you sell it. No more or less. I did say OBO, no low ballers I think. So if somebody is interested, make me an offer. Thanks.

The Problem with listing it too high, even if OBO, is that it will turn people away without reading the rest. I had a few dealers offer me $32k, and would not even go to 33! I had one (funny) guy here (seriously) offering me $32k for a loaded 335is with 23k miles! IMO, the car was worth $37-38k, and was a CPO. Therefore, I would expect the 2009 328i e93 with double the miles to be AT LEAST $5-7k below that. |

Wow, thanks! I'm not a fan of the wood either. I had the same color combo when I had the Z4 but it was the aluminum trim, I was going to swap the wood out for the aluminum, but it doesn't look like I'll be keeping her for much longer. |
