I'm asking this because I never driven a RWD car...

Thanks
I drove my e93 335i in the winter last year....i went with 17 inch tires, (205s), and I had no problems at all, and it was my only car, so i drove it no matter what the weather was like. It's fine with snows, just use caution when driving in very bad weather like you would with any other car in bad conditions. The other thing to consider is that there are many other RWD cars on the road, that are not as sophisticated, ie. don't have traction control at all, and they do ok......

However, if you don't get snows, and drive on stock summers, you'll never want to drive your car in the winter again after 1 tiny snowfall......

get snows and you're good

Thanks for your inputs!
If I bought a 335i, of course the wheels will be wrapped with high quality snows tires. You all convinced me now: I will look for a decent used 335i
