Force Brake Lamp Replacement

Hey all,

I have a 09 328 sedan and I am getting left brake lamp failure and I want to get to the brake force bulb itself.

I popped the trunk and unscrewed this plastic bolt but there are these tabs as well. Does anyone know if they just pop out with a screwdriver?
