Service Advisor at BMW of Bellevue

Can anyone recommend a good SA they have worked with at BMW of Bellevue? We've been taking our car to BMW of Seattle but just wanted to see if there is any good SA at Bellevue.

TIA

I've worked with at least two (another was pretty good but has left).

Cliff Newton has been really good, prefer him. 957-4859
Dean Faciane is good, and was my sales advisor's reccomendation. 957-4857
Mike Mills is the service manager.

I hate going to Bellevue. The SA's are ass and I had 3 different ones. The only time I would go there is if Seattle can't take my car in right away or a loaner isn't available. Bellevue seems to ALWAYS take me in and provide a car right away though lol.

The last time I was there is when I got my door actuators replaced because Seattle couldn't take me in until a week later! I had a new SA name Nicole and she was alright. She kind of had a bitchy attitude but lot better than who I had before. I keep hearing this Cliff guy so next time I'll just ask for him.

My SA was Cliff Newton, then he took sabatical riding motorcycle across country. Yes, he is a good guy too.

Al Beutler, was one of the best SA I ever had, unfortunately his real life ended rather tragically, http://www.bellevuereporter.com/news/53146802.html

Al, initiated "goodwill" work on my missing pixels on my X5 out of waranty, only charge me $95 for 1-hr labor (while BMWUSA covers new instrument cluster). In another occasion, he noticed side rear view was loose and just went out with screw-driver to tighten one screw free of charge. Strange, pretty honest guy, but I guess sometime even a nice guy just snapped.

At the end, just try to have good relation with them.
But why all of them keep pushing for that valve-intake cleaning even on cars that only 20k-miles

Cliff is the way to go there, funny guy too, which never hurts combined with being a good manager! Yeah, crazy about Al, worked with him too and shocked when I heard... Did not see that coming for sure.
