+1 on the vents being curved to match the wheel well/fender.
I also think you NEED sideskirts to pull this off... with the sideskirts... the rear bumper doesn't really match the side from a side-angle shot. Also seems the vents are cut "deep" and are much bigger than they should be on a non-widebody. IMO, the "opening" you plan on filling with a grille, should only be 2-3" big or whatever, not sure what yours is, but seems a little too big. All in all, i think it could be great with some tweaks and on a highly modded car. I see you have a front bumper and hood - you NEED sideskirts.. and maybe more aggressive wheels and lowering? Respect the effort a ton, and in the end does look pretty good.

i understand with what other people are saying about how the vent should run with wheel but i personally think it looks really good how it is

I wouldn't put it on my car, but I think it looks good.
It's kind of tough to judge without a diffuser installed. I actually really like everything about your car except the JDM style exhaust that exits at an angle; that just reminds me too much of a ricer...
