Service Indicator Module

Hey guys I'm trying to code out the Microfilter service indicator since I installed a LCI IHKA on a Pre-LCI so my Microfilter Service indicator shows dash for both millage and date. Which is the module that contains the Service Indicators? Im guessing KOMBI?

What are the differences between a non-LCI ihka and a LCI-ihka?

ALL button, which is more useful than REST.

All like in left and right sides are sync'ed - is that all the All button does?
