Tire Tread Depth?
How much of Lincoln should be covered when using a penny to check tread on stock RFT tires on the OEM 189s to be considered "new" ?

Once you mount a tire on the wheel it is NOT considered new anymore. It's used. But to answer your question check tire rack for all that info.
