Lowering my e90 330 m-tech

Hi , I need some help choseing the right lowering springs for my bmw.
My car is 330 e90 2006 model with all the m-tech options. The car is now on 19" M6 replica wheels and the tiers are 235/35/19. So what kind/brand of lowering springs do you guys recommend.

there is a suspension section on this forum that will get you better results
