^^ Yea, with the free event, you're most likely sitting in the passenger seat of the IS-F while a professional driver takes you for a spin around the track.

Shell out the extra $$, and you can drive it....

Early reports from the CA folks who have gone to this event, uncovered actual seat time in the IS-F after the auto-x events. Its more of a follow-the-leader-for-one-lap kinda thing but its still IS-F seat time.

Of course you can't beat the actual full scale real deal but whadya expect for free?

Looks like I can't make it, either. It turns out I have family commitments that weekend.

I might be interested in being the new guest joiner. Please let me know if this is the case. I know its last minute. Is your slot on Saturday or Sunday?

Cheers - Ryan

BIG THANKS to KL2DC for getting my friend Tuan and I a spot for this event. I personally had a blast. Not much actual IS-F seat time but the time that I did spend was a lot of fun. The car handles really really well - very predictable handling. I had one of the pro-drivers take us around the track for two hot-laps and it was unbelievable he was drifting the car with the greatest of ease. Anyways - Thanks again Donny for the opportunity!
