lower thrust/control arm replacement

So I will be doing my front lower control arms due to a bad bushing in one of them. My question is, when I look online for the part number for the lock nut that is used on the bolt, the pic of it is this squareish type lock nut, and not a regular nut with nylon insert. I got the part number from my local BMW dealer...# 31106767496. Can I use this thing? I'm thinking not. It is the type that has a tab to attach to something to avoid it from spinning, so in a sense it is a lock nut, but not what is there now or what I see in pics. sorry pic is not better

Lower arm is the one that is perpendicular to the wheel.
Upper arm is the tension/caster arm that is at a diagonal, with a big oil filled bush at the subframe end. If you searched for a lower arm lock nut on the subframe end, you will have got a squashed hexagon nut.

So i have to ask, which arms are you changing? The tension arms spew oil when the big bush splits. The failure point of the lower arm is usually the small rubber bush on the subframe end, but usually the tension arm bush will blow before the lower arm bush.
