Repurchasing my 335D.. what to do next?

Highly doubt it. They will dump it at auction with no warranty. New owner's problem. I'm sure BMW's database has it denoted as a lemon car...but the general public will never know.

The guy told me that it will go at auction somewhere out of state, BMW will not be selling it directly in anyway. as "Mark M" said above BMW has denoted as lemon car.
