Factory Service interval for N54 Spark Plugs?

What does BMW state on paper that the service interval for the N54 spark plugs should be? Everything I've found points to 100k. Even my Bentley FSM lumps all into the 100k interval for plugs. But I've read some posts about people agreeing that 45k is the real interval it should be for the N54? So what's the skinny?

I just went in for warranty work for the dealership to replace my side mirror 2 weeks ago, then after the print out, they changed my oil, some filter, spark plugs at 41,xxx miles on my '08 335i e90 under MP.

They revised it to 45k on N54. N52 is still 100k.

And for those under OEM warranty, if your dealer balks at covering the 45k mile change if not also called for by CBS, show them the pertinent page in your Warranty/Servicemanual.

ok, so there was some revisions and BMW is saying 45k. Cool. No probs. I didn't want to spend $100 and a few hours to pull out plugs that looked new. I know a lot of people that like to pull out Iridium OEM plugs at 30k intervals when they easily last 100-120k. But I'm convinced on these long mileage plugs... I've seen lexus cars go 140k on OEM plugs and I pulled 3 and they were within spec and looked great.
