My dampers make compression noise at first, but now that they're broken in, 100% quiet.
I'm getting an alignment on Saturday @ Town Fair Tire. Turner's hours and distance isn't practical for me. One of their techs got me worried though, because I told him the steering wheel is unaligned. He said it shouldn't be that off without messing with the tie rods... we'll see.

Weird, I had a tech at Town Fair Tire tell me they couldn't align BMW's because they didn't have the proper equipment...let me know how it works out!

IDK, I know NTB said they "didnt have the equipment" but TFT did mine just fine...

They did however say that they cannot adjust my camber in the front ...

Firestone told me that, but TFT asked what car I had and they didn't say no..

That's cause they lazy. I can do camber at my place, but that's all, not toe.

Aligning BMW's is the same as every other car on the planet no need for special tools, they just lazy or dumb.

How do you like your H&R Coilovers so far? It's been a couple months so I am wondering how they have handled especially now with the plow trucks destroying the roads and creating craters all over the place. Are you riding on your 19s right now?

so far so good, I've put my 19's in storage and put on my 18's winter setup (style 189 with Hankook Icebear tires) I still drive like a granny trying to avoid all pot holes i can.
