KW V1 Inox Line ride hight problem

Hello folks...
Mounted my Kw V1 set on my e91 320 diesel aprox 1 month ago. Like the springs to settle a bit before adjusting too much. Now the problem: Adjusted the perch completely up and the car is almost not any lower. Is about 8 cm from the perch and down the threads.
Hope anyone can help here. Dont understand what the problem can be anymore.

In the picture it looks like you've got it all the way up not down. spin the purple lower spring perch to the bottom closer to the ground

Yeah, you have to turn it down to make it lower, looks great now though.

glad you figured it out.. though on the rear, if the adjuster is at the top of the spring, you have to turn that one UP to lower the car.. though it looks like you did that right
