here goes... returned a loan car with an apparent scuff to the door lip... had to pay £250 excess... no work around... my fault for not noting this or repairing it before I returned it but the scuff was not caused by me... yet there is more than £800 worth of damage to two particular areas of the car which the dealer has never noted... f**king motherf**kers... I see the dealers hand on my wallet and the other on his dick. Won't be going there again!

Was an hour late returning the van as I got delayed by traffic got charged an extra days rental, fair enough I thought, I also got charged for a replacement mirror, the mirror was already smashed up when I got the van, it was my word against theirs as I had not taken photos

Is it too much to ask that when you take your car in to have some work done, the minimum requirement is to cover the seat, wash your hands and make sure the one person that seems to move the cars around don't dress like a f..king tramp....

Especially when the interior is beige/cream and the customer asks you to make sure you put a seat cover on the car.... Grease monkey CNUTS.....

Had mine done twice and still shakes........Was silky smooth before so find it very annoying especially as it's at motorway cruising speed.
