Thumbs down JW-Tuning - Do Not Buy! Poor Quality Product, Horrible Customer Service, Dishonest!!!

Do Not Buy From JW-Tuning!!!
I recently bought an E90 M-Tech Quad Diffuser from him.
He told me that it was brand new and had perfect fitment.
Once recieved and tried to install I noticed it was certainly not brand new, it had several bad scratches and nicks.
Not only was it in bad condition but the quality of the carbon fiber was terrible. I tried to install it and the fitment was impossible!!!
He claimed perfect fitment!?
It doesn't fit at all.
I've tried to get in contact with him several time and sent around 7 Private Messages but he has the worst customer service.
No response to any of my PMs so i filed a PayPal claim.
Still no help.
Everyone Beware buying from him.
He is a dishonest vendor.
More trouble than its worth! Believe me!

Here Are the pics:
This is the quality and fitment i was told i was going to get:

And Here is what i recieved(Forgive the nonQuad exhaust. Haven't installed it yet.):

Here you can see the poor fitment:

Again, Poor fitment on the sides and it bulges out on the top:

Absolutely not one of the holes lines up. . . Where am I supposed to bolt this thing on???:

Here is some of the damage, which is almost the least of my concern considering I can't get this thing on the car:

Such a disappointment. Didn't think a vendor here would so blatantly rip someone off. . .

Do you think it could be an e92-spec diffuser, and they accidentally shipped it to you? Because that would explain the hugely bad fitment and the fact that none of the holes match up. But thats only if the e92 is any different from the e90 (which I don't know)

There isnt a finned diffuser out for the e92 so there isnt a mistake there.

Yeah, i've sent him about 7 PMs with no response from him.
Tried to go through PayPal but that was no help at all.
It was such a blatant lie about quality and fitment its ridiculous!

well im not sure those center holes are supposed to line up to anything... i know on the E93 the brackets need to be removed to fit the quads anyways, so there is no screw holes there... but yea that is waaaaaaaaay short, probably is for E92 or something...

i bought a cf shark fin from them awhile back that didn't fit and they made me pay for return shipping! (not to mention the cf weave was shit) you'll probably have to pay for return shipping as it is there "policy"

dont buy from them.

someone should start a beware of vendors thread.
