Tein EDFC similar to M3 EDC ????

I would like to know if the two systems are roughly similar( To allow the driver to modify the dampening rate from the cockpit) any info is welcome.thanks

No.

The TIEN system basically allows you to change the dampening setting; its the same as adjusting each shock by hand. Its a "static" adjustment.

The BMW system allows the user to change the overall feel of the setup (like TIEN) however, the huge difference is the car is changing the dampening rates constantly using computer control from the stability control computers. Infinitely more effective setup.
