It was an awesome event!

Awsome fellas...Myself and A few friends want to put on a Bimmer fest here in Okinawa Japan any advice or tips...and where can I get some E90 post plates from..we are planning it for January I would really like some tips and or advice as I said..I wanna make this a big thing, we are trying to get BMW Japan to help us out with maybe a X-3 and a New coupe, and I'm from MD I know where Passport is awsome job looks like they gave you great support. thanks in advance JEDI

Yep it was an awesome meet....we addressed ALL the shortcomings of the last meet and then some

It will be hard to top this one but we will try for Spring 2007

Thanks for the compliments...

It all starts with a vision. From then on you need a team of dedicated core members who share the vision. Like any meet, there were a lot of backroom meetings and discussions on details and logistics, don't leave any details, no matter how small, unaddressed.

Aside from vision, great communication is key (both with sponsors and attendees).

The plate design was borne from one of our members, Shimshimhada. Feel free to ask us for specific tips for your meet. Good luck...

That double-tree setting works well....especially with the red cars

The 2 trees symbolizes DC Metro II . The color of the tree reflects our passion. For DC Metro III, we're gonna have to find a setting with 3 trees
