I would like it to be an e90post only meet right now, just because the meet will be a lot easier to manage. But I won't be pissed if a friend tags along in another car. If we don't get many people to RSVP (<4 cars sound good?) I can think of another area to meet if you guys want to.

I will let you guys know. I think for now we're good. If you want to bring anything else to grill, you can do that. When I have time I will run through the list. Going to school and work full time give me very little energy come the end of the day.

hey zeugsav welcome..

this is e90post's first meet and drive that i'm aware of in the phoenix region. the link at the top shows the drive we are going to do and in the end when we reach our destination a bbq will be held. check it out, and if you are interested you are more than welcome to come. just rsvp at the bottom and tell how many guests you will have with you, if any. hope you can make it.

That's fine, I don't plan on driving crazy either, some fun yes, but I don't plan on weaving in and out of traffic. We lose people in the group on our way up that way, plus with 7+ cars all keeping up with each other will increase the chance of getting into an accident.

That doesn't mean that I'm driving like a grandma at all and once we get to the MTN I will keep a good pace going so we can enjoy some curves as long there isn't anyone doing 20 MPH up it.. I don't want any burning out or reving obnoxiously loud in the park or doing anything that would bring too much attention unless your outside of it. I don't want you, nor all of us to get kicked out.

So here the list is just to confirm everything... I DID change a few thing around to clarify things up and and simplify thing to make sure were are not missing anything:

*If there is something you can't bring or don't want to, that is fine. I removed utensils as they won't be needed (other than something to spread condiments with and BBQ related stuff)

Me:
Hot Dogs
Hot Dog Buns
Chips (Lays/Tostitos/Pretzels)
Pretzels
Coal
Plates
Napkins
BBQ tongs/spatula
Aluminum Pans

Drinks/Cups if your doing 2 liters... cans are fine.
*Do you have a cooler that you can put ice in to keep them cool? (PM'ed you on that)
**Don't worry about the garbage bags, I was told they have one there and will just a few myself.

*Cheese for burgers?

Salsa/Dip (AllydNYC will get the Tostitos chips)

If any of you can go over this an make sure we aren't missing anything that would be great. I was told over and over that we don't need to reserve a spot and that there is enough spots for us to BBQ and there are usually 8 parking spots lined up in a row right near them.

Thanks man. I'm pretty sure your bringing cans not 2 liters... right? Make sure there is enough for 15 people, prob 2 drinks per person
