I presume they are either plastic or aluminium? I would have thought either finish could be done by sanding and priming prior to painting?

iirc Jexus did his own, maybe organise a DIY day? Othewise for top quality vinyl work you can't go past Carbon Demon. They may be pricier than some of the other newer vinyl shops popping up, but their reputation precedes them and their work is top notch: http://carbonfibrevinylwrap.net.au/gallery |

I am happy to do it for you guys for $200 in my garage. Wrap provided (matte black or carbon fiber black), if you aren't satisfied with the result, I am more than happy to redo it free of charge. And yes it takes minimum of 2 hours.

Yep you get what you pay for, I like the rap on the inside but not for me on the outside.
Just spend the money and get the BMW factory parts to complete the black look around the window you will be so happy as it will last and look great. Yes OK it is not cheap but for around $1100-$1200.00 i think its worth it, do it once and do it rite. Other wise every time you clean your car you will be annoyed when you see lifting and pealing of the sticker our Aussie heat kills every thing. |
