I am pretty sure the new E90s take the H8 style bulb of the E92 so you can use the RDash style kits that we carry. Again, I have not confirmed this but I have seen it posted around here.

Yup the new LCI's take a standard H8 bulb, Longtran just did one (there are pics on the forum)

BUT, unlike the e92, you have to break the housing open, which destroys the warranty sticker and voids your headlight warranty.

So you are saying on the positive side, E92 angel eyes can be used on the LCI E90

On the negative side, there is a warranty sticker that must be removed to change the bulbs.

What about installing them? Is it as easy as reaching into the housing from the hood like the E92 and swapping out or is it still like the pre-LCI E90s where you have to remove the tire and wheel well covering to get at the housing?

Sorry if this has been asked before.

I have the LCI lights on my 07 E90 ... I'm pretty sure Long didn't use a H8 bulb for the angel eyes! ... I think he used the pre-LCI RD LEDs!

... I could be wrong
