How accurate are Cobb accessport torque output ratings

I have recently setup my Cobb accessport to read Torque out put readings on the hand held unit that is mounted inside the car on my dash. I have recorded at various times reading from 729 N.M to 700 N.M on regular basis under cool conditions at day or night time. The reading have been with traction control on at full acceleration from 2nd gear on rolling starts as well as from stand still. These numbers translate to 537 lb-ft of torque on the higher side to 516 lb-ft on lower end . I wonder how accurate is accessport with its calculations.

Oh some back ground information. I have a automatic N54 335i with RennArt catback exhaust system running Stage 1 aggressive stock throttle map with 93 octane gas on latest firmware. I was wondering how accurate these reading are compared to actual numbers. Has anyone compared or can Cobb tuning guys comment on the accuracy of accessport in calculating these figures. If they are not accurate how much is margin of error.

Anyways would love to hear Cobb tune gurus thoughts on this feature and its accuracy.

It reads high, substantially higher than actual. Virtual Dyno is a lot more accurate
