Help with stuck H8 bulb

Does anyone have any tools I could borrow to release the H8 bulb from its housing? Basically, the passenger side H8 bulb will not turn counter clock wise and I've put quite a bit of pressure on it. I'm afraid if I strong armed it any further, it'll break. The driver side H8 came loose like a glove, but the passenger won't. Also, these are stock H8 bulb, I'm trying to remove them so I could replace it.

Anyone have any other suggestion on how to remove the bulb without taking the entire headlight fixture out?
