So much respect man! As much as I love my 335 and extracting all the power from it, going catless is the equivalent of dropping a candy wrapper every 10 feet or so when driving. So bad for the environment

I bet my car with only secondary cats and running a heavy mix of E85 runs cleaner than cars with both sets of cats running pump gas.

Maybe that'll at least let me save a snickers bar or two every few feet to throw your way and make you less salty

You worrying about your cars emissions without cats is equivalent to refusing to keep a wild clownfish because you are worried about over commercialization of the oceans fish. I'll worry about my low miles of micro pollution when power plants, all other forms of transportation, gas machinery, commercial vehicles putting 100x more miles a year have some form of respectable emission standards. Your local lawn service business is putting out more emissions than your 10k mile a year lean running catless direct injected BMW.

New v6 E40 on a 100% stock e92 Sport AT with 130k and never been walnut blasted. (it's on the list of to-do's but my blue car is more important for race season)...

Haha maybe, but as someone who takes this seriously I take a lot of things into consideration. I farm all of my produce in my backyard, I have solar heating and electricity (and get to sell energy back into the grid) and source my meat from my friend's farms in Vermont that I know is sustainable. I have no air conditioning nor do I plan on installing a system-I'm not blindly consuming products from large companies for the most part. Some things are unavoidable, and cars are my passion, but next year I'm giving up my 335 for a bicycle. So for until me not buying catless downpipes personally affects your life, I think you should find something better to complain about.

great analogy. a catless e85 n54 is a non event on the radar of greenhouse gasses when viewed in the context of global commercial operations, as well as india/china's emission footprint. at least that's what i tell myself to ease my guilt.

Is that an OTS map? Also what is the target boost? FBO? Inlets?

I am just going to leave this here..
Right from the EPA.

This is USA only not china or india.
Transportation industry is only 27% of the problem, and passenger cars are only 43% of transportation industry.
meaning if every single passenger vehicle emitted 0 GHG because we used some new source of energy for it, we would only make a 11% change.

Nice work! Would love to see a log for that run to know how hard the car is being pushed.

Without a log it's hard to really tell, but a few things in the dyno trace are good signs. Looks like you've been doing a lot of changes for the v6 I presume.

def looks good from that dyno graph! Especially for the miles on the car and it def needing to be walnut shell blasted pretty soon...REGARDLESS if it does or not, THIS ^ is some damn good power on an otherwise bone stock high mileage N54....Somehow Ken works his magic damn near every new revision of even the OTS maps...Awesome work WedgePerformance and BuraQ!!

How does a stock car handle all that power without the fmic or down pipes ?
Can you use that on the road or do the temps just get crazy ?

Is this a map that can be purchased on mhd? This would be a perfect set up due to the fact that i want the car to stay quiet.

Because it's e85 and the car is direct injection. If temps stay below 160 you're probably fine unless he has the timing or boost all jacked up. But from the looks of the dyno he doesn't. This isn't really all that crazy, it looks pretty normal for e85 on stock bits to me.

I don't know anything about e85 , I didn't know it could give that much power.
We don't get it here in the U.K. Or at least I've never seen a filling station with it.

I work for a Bentley and mclaren dealer - couple of years ago Bentley was promoting that their cars would run on e85 thinking it would be the next big Eco fuel. The network never appeared selling e85 and Bentley quietly stopped promoting it.

Well, truth be told they have nothing in common with my old maps.

There's a lot more on the table. Maps don't exceed 18 psi, but hold boost well up top. 60% wgdc, so not overly aggressive. I'm looking to hit the dyno again next week and I should have a log that I can share at that time.

Yes, MHD E40 map. Boost peak 18 psi. Recommend FMIC at this boost level to keep IAT's down. My car was 100% stock and I left power on the table because my LPFP couldn't support E40. I have a new Stage 2 LPFP now and will be heading back to the dyno this coming week.

I might give it a try, I have a FBO with stage 2 Fuel pump and the ES-1 fuel line and an e85 sensor. And I did walnut blasting a few weeks ago. Just having a hard time finding a dynojet dyno in sacramento area.

Just did an MHD flash myself.
335i 6mt coupe , MOD: stepped 5" FMIC , 3" CP+BOV , DCI's.
Running Stage 1 93 octane map /FMIC....
What a different beast! Car is stunningly fast ! added some octane boost and I'll be following up here. So far so good. Worth every penny IMO. Ken from Wedge Performance informed me that a new map will be coming out next week . His Dyno numbers for this new flash is 417 HP and like 450 TQ. Crazzzzzzy . i have a picture of the dyno from Wedge on my phone . sorry i didnt upload it but .....I'm sure we'll all se soon.
