after i saw that thing on my friends car and not do shit after we passed by like 20 cops, i am not buying it. he has 5% tint all around can that be the factor that it wasn't working properly? ??? cuz it was in all bugey mode and still didn't detect anything so i am a little skeptical about it now.

5% tint all around and you wonder if that had anything to do with it? I'm surprized he could even see out the windows let alone get a radar signal in. Don't know how anyone could be skeptical about one of the highest rated radar "locators" on the market. Did you not read all the great reviews about it on just about every car website there is? Mine has been awesome for the past 5 years....

just because there were cops on the road doesn't mean they were measuring speed.

i've had my V1 for 2 years now and, trust me, it works REALLY well. i can't even count how many times it warned me miles before there was a cop hidden under an underpass.

So what's the "one of the lowest prices" asking price OP, did you forget to include it in your post? If it's really that low, i'm sure listing it will help you sell it faster. Come to think of it, why would you want to sell it anyhow?

what does radar signal have to do with the tint (unless it is some sort of metal tint or so...)???

yeah I laugh when people are in my car (no tints) and they see cops pass by, and then they say "OMG your radar detector is broke"

Me: Yeah, because obviously every cop has their radar on...
