Difference between NOKYA H7 Stage I and Stage II?

I am planning to buy the NOKYA h7's, but whats the difference between stage I and stage II? Which do you all recommend? Thanks

i think stage I uses 55watts while th stage II consumes 100 watts. not completely sure tho
