CMGS and VC2: JB3 2.0 Mapswitching and Procede progressive methanol flow mapping

Its been a long road but we now have fully Procede rev 2 and JB3 2.0 map switching compatibility in our VC2 and CMGS controllers. As it stands today Coolingmist CMGS/VC2 FS are the only failsafe systems on the market that have full integration with both JB3 2.0 and Procede for map switching!

How does it work? Its really quite simple. If you have the Jb3 2.0 you set the CMGS/VC2 to Jb3 mode which will alert the Jb3 during any flow failure and your map will go back to a predetermined lower map.

If you have a procede you set the CMGS / VC2 to procede rev 2 mode and as your flow increases you will get the voltage signals the procede is expecting for flow mapping! Infact, the CMGS FS and VC2 FS are 100% integrated with the procede! Those that like the features of the procede but want a full featured meth kit with faislafe and display..CMGS FS or VC2 FS is your best choice! If anyone has questions, please let us know so we can answer. Please note you need CMGS/VC2 V1.06 or 1.07 to work with Jb3 and you need 1.07+ to work with the Procede. Current version of CMGS/VC2 is V1.07.

Thanks again for the purchase. We will work on updating the instructions in a bit. We do have a 7 minute video that shows how to set the procede up with map switching for those that need extra details as well.

thanks!

You are certainly welcome. Even thought this was 100% the shops fault, I felt very bad for you and your brother so I did what I could for you. I never want my customers to suffer if I can do something to help, thats what I am here for.

Thanks for getting those nozzles out as well. This has to of been the most bizarre install calamity i have ever seen.

+1 on the great integration with both the jb3 and PRocede. It's great for guys who like to run both tunes. I also think yours is the only kit compatible with both tunes??

yes, the CMGS/VC2 (and actually our smart controller) are the only failsafes on the market that will work with both tunes out of the box with no additional electronics, parts, custom harnesses, etc. this is because the CMGS has several outputs and these can do anything from a ground, 0-5V, 5V and 12V with a simple relay.

bump for those that have not seen this. Whether you have a Procede or JB3 2.0, auto map switching or progressive flow mapping is easy to set up with the cmgs or vc2.

let us know if you guys have any questions.

hello. the fuse for the CMGS is the only fuse it comes with. Most customers connect to a fused circuit (Pin #5 behind glove box).

Thanks again for the purchase let me know if you have more questions.
