Dealer w/ loaner even if you didn't get your car from them in NYC

Anyone knows of any dealer that will provide a loaner even if you didn't get your car from them? Rallye BMW won't give me a loaner if I were to bring it in for warranty work because I didn't get a car from them. Guess they are not really interested in luring future new customers. Anyone knows of one here in NYC?

Rallye gets no points for that stunt. try and give competition smithtown a call and ask them.

I know you said NY, but JMK in Springfield, NJ will give you one, even if you didn't buy a car from them. They are only 20 mins. away from the Holland Tunnel. You might want to give them a call. I know a lot of guys who went there just to buy cars too, including myself.

I've read numerous posts on this site of people not getting loaners or sometimes getting Kias, Mazdas, etc. I'm a bit confused - don't BMW dealerships all give loaners when cars are in for service and shouldn't they all be BMWs?

I've owned Infiniti and Lexus brand cars and have received loaners every time my cars are in for service (even for just an oil change or to check on something) and my cars are serviced in places where I did not purchase the car. I figured BMW to be a more luxury brand than Infinit at least and that I wouldn't get a lower level of service.

Is it dealer specific?
