I keep my headlight switch in the 'auto' mode

just installed some led AE bulbs and they work amazing, however I get the A8AD and A8AC codes and warning on my OBC when I start the car

when there's daylight out, only my stock DRLs are on and I get the warning on my OBC
HOWEVER!! when it's night time, the auto headlights turn on the xenons and AEs and the warning disappears

anyone have this issue?

Sounds like the bulbs you bought are throwing errors. You'll need canbus compatible and error free bulbs or have someone code out the warnings (not sure if possible on early 2007 models).

+1. What is the production date of the car also? You can check on the inside of the drivers side door. Normally if it was made before March 2007 you will have the FRM1 module which is much more prone to errors.

how come it's throwing errors when the AEs ARE NOT on,
but no errors when they ARE on

anyways, the AEs were advertised as error free if that's of any consolation...
