Funny how the admins just wait for these to get out of control instead of stopping these stupid comments.
There is more than one options. Procede isn't the best tuning option either. Doesn't allow you to tune to your specific car or mods either. Ouch. |

A long time ago owned a 1986 Buick Grand National. I bought it new. I disconnected the pressure regulating valve and hooked up a needle valve thereby increasing the boost pressure on the waist gate. Was I crazy or what? However, it worked like a charm and the motor was much stronger. I think I increased the boost by about 2-3 PSI and it killed all the other stock GN's in the area. Why is that this engine pretty much adapted to the increased pressure. Don't the engine managment systems sort of tweak based on airflow and throttle position? I know Eugene can answer this one.

The S1 was a noticeable bump in power. Nothing huge, but you can feel the increase in power. I'm not planning on S2 at this point and will wait to see how that pans out and what other options are out there. I don't really want to get the bug on modding this car because it's a lease and I don't want to waste money on it. |

Why even take the time to reply if you are so anti-JB, just igonore it and move to the next topic. Seems as though you still have some curiosity as to how well and/or how much people like the JB and AREN'T having problems at this point...which i don't completely understand why you even read the blog if you have a procede (or are going to purchase one)?

Because as a "member" we can talk about what we what just like you. Non of the members with the JB are going into other threads where people are talking about their tuning products and talking shit, or making ignorant comments about blowing up engines or going into limp. Learn. |

It would be a shame however, because it seems this forum is a little bit more interested specifically in all things 335 and its tuning. Perhaps a referendum asking the question is in order? |

Stop being a tool and just move on with life. If this is all you have to worry about maybe it's time to rethink your direction? You don't like the JB....stop talking about it. |

Obviously people are interested when there are twenty something replies to the thread in a few hours. If you dont want to hear about it, then DON'T OPEN IT. Its not that hard. If you want to bash Terry's products, open your own thread doing so and let us have a civilized conversation about a tuning product that we are interested in. Its so sad that there are always a couple of jerks that have to cause problems until the thread gets closed. Grow up. |

Yeah because "BRISK" is so much more of an appropriate screen name. You're throwing out personal OPINION of why you don't like somebody. There is nothing to back up you posting other than the stuff you make up about one product and not the other. FYI, BEER GOGGLES is a funny name, and since I work at a Beer Publication...sort of fits. It doesn't imply that I drink all day. If you want to make up stories and personal reasons stop going to places where members with E9Xs are discussing something. |

I'm not sure what being liked has to do with making and selling products. I'm just going off a guess that Bill Gates, and 99% of the other people who manufacture and make products are assholes.

Please keep up the JB posts. I for one am interested in learning more about the product. I think keeping the boost levels lower (than the Procede) is safer while still giving someone an appreciable bump in performance.
I can't remember if it was here of bimmerfest, but someone posted dynos of the JB and Procede, and if anything the AF ratios of the Procede seemed all over the place in the lower rpms. The JB torque curves have the same basic shape as the stock ones except a constant gain at every rpm. This would lead me to believe the JB would offer better driveability for the street. Don't knock the product because it is inexpensive or because the guy was a jerk awhile ago. So far, we've only seen good results at small increases in boost from this product. Options are good. |
