I bought a plug in traffic receiver from Tomtom, but due to my incompetence I now find... it doesn't work with my Tomtom unit.

It's been plugged in a few times, that's all. I've had it a few months as I've kept thinking I must have been doing it wrong. It's in the original packing, with everything just as it came to me.
