For me I'd get a straight pipe due to bad resonances of camber it's a bulge for a reason to increase surface area when dpf medium is fitted, won't be the best for performance but likely not a lot in it.
Whistle with my dpf delete small increase in noise more throaty on my 335d I like it. |

I have a gutted DPF too and the difference is barely noticeable, very slightly louder at idle, you won't realise unless your actively listening

Thanks for your replies, I already have an ecotune pipe fitted and was thinking of fitting the gutted dpf as I will be selling the car next year.

yea there is a plastic under tray, but if you are looking for it, its not very hard to see up at the down pipe.
