The value of an Indy you trust

You just can't put a value on this. Friday I took the e90 in, she has just run over 100K on the clock. I was getting to be really annoyed with the performance (averaging about 17MPG on a tank) and every single time I got in, it seemed there was some light on that entailed me dumping cash into this thing.
Granted, she's a CY 2005, but I've tried to take decent care.

Took it (literally) down the street to my Indy. I spoke to him a few days before and he gave me a bottle of Liqui Moly Engine Flush to pour into the oil before change. He already planned to do the plugs.

Part of the service was the engine filter. He noticed it wasn't dirty at all. Tracked it down to a bend in the tubing After the filter wasn't secured properly. The plugs were shot and had a huge gap.

After getting it all done, she runs so much smoother now, throttle response is back to where it should be, and al the check engine lights are out. The first 1/4 tank we got back to 22MPG.
