LUX Angel Eyes outage

I've got lux 4.0 installed a few months back but now i got a lighting error, and I find out one of the angel eyes isn't lighting up.

Do these things have a specific shelf life, or as I suspect, is it odd that one of them went out???

I want to get it fixed, but I dont want to order new lux and find out when I take it in to be installed that they old one is alright (and it's just wiring issues)

Does anyone have any experience with this???
Any help would be appreciated!

Fix it yourself - It is pretty easy to replace bulbs. You could take the bulb that is working and replace the one that is out to know for sure if the bulb is bad.

well i took it to BMW when the error light came on, but they wouldn't touch it because it's aftermarket.

They offered to charge me to replace it with a factory bulb, but I declined.

Strangely, the light sometimes still worked when I turned my car on....

Now if a bulb is out, then there isn't any way the light would come back on is there?

I think I should just open it up and reinstall it, but I was just looking for someone whose had this happen...

I had a unit go bad on me a couple of months after installing it. NAMotorsports exchanged it for me no questions asked, they even sent me a new unit first so I wouldn't have to disassemble twice.
